He is survived by: his wife Theresa Hebert; his daughter Katherine; his son-in-law Richard Shults; his children, Katrina Brittain and Aleric; his daughter-in-law Allison Hebert; his brother Keith; his sister-in-law Brenda Hebert; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Smith, Joshua Smith, Emily Brittain and Elyssa Brittain. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
