We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2022, at the age of 68, James Cones Jr. of Livingston, Texas, born in Houston, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Cones Jr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Emmett Cones, Sr. and Lucille Elizabeth Cones (Bass); and his siblings, Rita Cones, Richard Cones and Norman Cones.
He is survived by: his children, James E. Cones, III (Amy), Tim Cones (April), Lucy Duke (William), Elizabeth Bryan (Josh), Christina Kay Cones of Leggett, Rita Arce (Jason) and Barbara Lester (Charles); and the mother of his children Lorena Cones. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to Cochran Funeral Home to help cover his expenses.
