He was predeceased by: his father John Thomas Proctor. He is survived by: his mother Betty Irene Burnett-Proctor (Atkerson) of Livingston; his wife JoAnn Burnett (Gutierrez) of Livingston; his children, Ricardo Rosales of Livingston, Michelle Lee Rodriguez (Victor), Janice Rodriguez of Lyford, Eduardo Rosales of Livingston and Karolyn Moreno (Anthony) of Raymondville; and his sister Frances Elizabeth Dubose (Mark) of Onalaska. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
