He was predeceased by: his parents, Hamid Mahdy and Maria Mahdy (Mendoza); and his brother Ismael Mahdy. He is survived by: his children, Felicia Stubbs (Eric), Amy Laviolette (Blake) and Shawn Mahdy of Livingston, Texas; his grandchildren, Crede Stubbs, Luke Stubbs, Timmy Stubbs, Autumn Laviolette and Ava Laviolette; his sister Zainab Mills; his brother-in-law Tony of Houston, Texas; his brother Joe Mahdy; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann of Houston, Texas. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
