He is survived by: his wife Rose Dillon Ballance of Livingston, Texas; his daughters, Connie Elizabeth Ballance Olden of Acton, Nora Louisa Ballance of Sulphur and Crystal Wisdom Keeler of Citrus Heights, California; his grandsons, Kirk A. Cano, Jonathon Hilllhouse, Zach Olden, Alex Olden and Dillon Keeler; and his siblings, Joyce Ballance of Shady Cove, Oregon, Lloyd Ballance of Connecticut and Ronnie Ballance of North Carolina. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
