She was predeceased by: her mother Vivian Lee Dixon. She is survived by: her wife Marcia; her brothers, Alan Cook (Toni) and Stephen Cook (Leah); and her nieces and nephews, Kristi Hatton, Christopher, Amanda Cook, Cuy, Stephanie Cook, Lorra Demott, Kodie, Gracie, Ryder, Truby and Hunter. She is also survived by aunts, cousins, and numerous other relatives and friends.
