He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his sons, Steven Kelly (Marie) and Jason Burroughs; his grandchildren, Ryan (Miranda), Jacob, Summer, Kaitlyn and Sean; his great grandchildren, Kaydence and Levi; and his siblings, Vivian Barrett of Houston, Johnny Bryant, Wayne Reid, Michael McGallion, Walter Woods, Anthony Rodriguez and Evan Williams.
