He is survived by: his children, Ralph Howard (Renee), Leonard Howard (Leonna), Charline Chism (Woody) and Loriece Howard; his siblings, George Howard, Vernon Howard (Ricki), Andrew Howard (Janie), Susie Mae and Florence; and his grandchildren, Lona Kay of Bud, JC, Keith, April, Zane, Kathleen, Shelby, Ryan, Tabitha and Sabrina. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, other relatives and a host of friends.
