He is survived by: his children, Leon Middleton (Sherry), Susan Sanders (Otis) and David Middleton; his grandchildren, Krislyn Placker (Ethan), Kaitlyn Sanders, Emily Sanders, Karlie Middleton and Shawn Middleton; and his siblings, Preston Middleton, Kenny Middleton, Clarence Small, Rhonda Courmier, Darlene Banuet and Ruby Owens. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, and friends.
