He was predeceased by: his parents, John Andrew Wood and Mattie Jane Wood (Armstrong); his children, Robin Wood and Jane Marsh; and his granddaughter Lily Ann Wood Ross.
He is survived by: his sons, Asa Andrew Wood of Livingston and Garnon Eddie "Bubba" Wood Jr. of Livingston; his brother Johnny Dale Wood of Jasper; and his close friend Katherine Lindsey of Livingston. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
