He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Hooper (Hance); his son Fredrick Lee "Rick" Hooper; his great grandchild Everly Wood; and his siblings, Kenton Hooper, James "Buddy" S. Hooper, Ava Grace Richardson and Adelle Mittie Dwyer.
He is survived by: his children, Gina Dillon (Rex) and Kent Hooper (Linda); his grandchildren, Chris Hooper, Josh Hooper, Lauren Wood, Meghan Rogers, Ryan Dillon, Matt Dillon, Ali Dillon, Grant Hooper, Chase Hooper and Allie McClain; and his sister Jeanette Hooper. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
