Millican (Robert), Deandrea McCarty and Frank Osborne McCarty II (Laurie); his grandchildren, James R. Millican (Megan), Ashle D. Kronk (Paul), Larry Gale Lamunyon (Beth), Frank O. McCarty III (Briann) and Kelly Oshiba (Basam); and his great grandchildren, Thomas Millican, Matthew Millican, Hailey Kronk, Norah Lamunyon and Evie Jo Oshiba. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
