It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis June Hughes in Livingston, Texas, born in Sulphur Springs, Texas, who passed away on October 21, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Houston Wisenbaker Sr. and Francis Moran Wisenbaker; and her brother Houston Wisenbaker Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Claude 'Rusty Hughes of Livingston; her sons, Scott Hughes (Toni) of Livingston and Todd Hughes of Livingston; her grandchildren, Hunter Hughes of Colorado Springs, Jeffrey Cagle of Spring, Simon Hughes of Livingston and Becca Dillon (Ryan) of Livingston; her great grandchildren, Phoenix Hughes of Colorado Springs, Weston Dillon of Livingston and Stetson Dillon of Livingston; and her cousin Donnie Wisenbaker (Beth) of Sulphur Springs. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
