He is survived by: his children, Ray Garcia, Deborah G. Morgan (Gary Seek) and Roy Garcia; and his siblings, Raul Garcia and Anita G. Martinez. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; along with numerous other family members and friends.
