She was predeceased by: her husband Wilber "Bill" Nelson; and her sister Eunice Jackson. She is survived by: her daughter Joan Marshall of Livingston; her son-in-law Thomas Marshall of Livingston; her son James Verkuil of Ojai; her daughter-in-law Linda Verkuil of Ojai; her grandchildren, Janet Catlett of Ojai, Lori Farrar of Ojai, Christopher Catlett of Ojai, Kevin Verkuil of Phoenix and Sarah Turner of Ojai; and also, Kim Catlett of Ojai, Heidi Verkuil of Phoenix and Brian Turner of Ojai. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
