He is survived by: his daughters, Debra (Leroy Roth) and Terrie (Mark Herridge, Sr.); and his grandchildren, David Roth, Robert Roth, Kathy Jo Burks, Mark Edward Herridge, Jr., Joshua Herridge, Kayla Kusek and Chesney Tucker.
