It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorcas Shipman (Livingston, Texas), born in Nacogdoches, Texas, who passed away on March 28, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hardman Harris and Marion Louise Harris (Fleniken); her son Charles Williams; and her brother Jerry Harris. She is survived by: her husband Royce Shipman of Livingston; her daughter Stephanie Chance of Livingston; her grandchildren, Victoria Williams of Houston and Nathaniel Chance; her great grandchild Alayna Charles; and her brother Doug Harris (Debbie) of Dayton. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
