He is survived by: his wife Karen Cantrell; his children, Donald Cantrell (Candice), Marty Cantrell (Leah), Shane Moffett (Jennifer), Wade Moffett, Tracey Worthy (Ray) and Viki Stifflemire (Keith); his grandchildren, Britni Pettit (Andy), Bronson Worthy (Emily), Dusty Stifflemire (Nikki), Shian Cantrell (Jeremy), Madison Moffett and Kyndall Moffett; his sisters, Evangeline Ott (Martin), Jeanne Byerly (Neal) and Sandi Laliberte (Dennis); and his siblings-in-law, Faith Cantrell, Linda Miller (Fred) and Wilton Cassels (Mary). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
