He was predeceased by: his parents, B. M. Tompkins and Frances Tompkins; and his grandson Charles Brandon Parker. He is survived by: his wife Patsy of Livingston, Texas; and his sons, Scott (Sharon Parker), David (Yolanda Parker), Gregory (Wendee Parker) and Darren Tompkins. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; multiple nieces and nephews, as well as many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Green and White Scholarship Fund Program with Livingston High School.
