She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Sylestine and Ella Sylestine (Battise); her siblings, Lowell Sylestine, Gordon Sylestine, Janie Battise and Delbra Sylestine; and her grandson Willis Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband Herbert Johnson Sr.; her children, Davie Johnson, Retha Johnson, Delbert Johnson and Herbert Johnson Jr.; her daughter-in-law Victoria; her daughter Heather Johnson Battise; her son-in-law Patrick; her daughter Blanche Thompson; her siblings, Beryl Battise and Amon Sylestine; her sister-in-law Deborah; her grandchildren, Jackson Langley, Camille Johnson, Raegan Battise, Aaliyah Johnson, Stormi Johnson, Jean Carlo Guerrero and Rainy Attocknie; and her siblings-in-law, Austin Johnson (Abilene) and Darlene Williams. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
