He was predeceased by: his father F. R. Sonny Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Starnes (Cole); his wife Kathryn Lewis; his children, Cody Lewis (Amber), Buck Walding (Melissa), Darcy Lewis (Paige) and Gemma Aubrey; his grandchildren, Jacey Aubrey, Cole Walding, Kylie Walding, Hadley Walling and Makenna Brown (Lane Lewis); his brother James Lewis (Ann); his niece Amy Swan; and his nephew Allen Lewis.
