He is survived by: his wife Bridget Ellen McWhorter; his sons, Todd Lowe of Los Angeles, California and Chris; his daughter-in-law Bianca Lowe of Titusville, Florida; his grandsons, William Staley and Zachary Lowe of Titusville, Florida; the mother of his children Bridget Lowe of Sinton, Texas; his brother Bobby; his sisters-in-law, Annette Lowe of Livingston, Texas and Diann Lowe of Livingston, Texas; and his nephews, Randall Lowe and Gary Lowe. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
