She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Blakley and Martha Blakley. She is survived by: her uncle James Blakley (Norma); and her aunts, Patsy Puckett, Barbara Puckett, Deloris Gardner (Tom), Carolyn Wells (Charles) and Betty Ann Baker (Kenneth).
