He is survived by: his sons, Kristopher Mathisen (Ivelisse) of Conroe Texas and Richard Mathisen of Houston, Texas; and his sisters, Joan Truelove of Rockport, Carolyn Olsen of Oregon and Debbie Cooper of League City, Texas.
