He was predeceased by: his father Vernon; and his brother Louie Nystrom (PeeWee). He is survived by: his mother Robertine Nystrom; his sons, Chad Nystrom (Bertha) and Dan Nystrom; his siblings, David Jones and Tracy Jones; his grandchildren, Melinda Taylor, Samantha Donnely, Jack Nystrom, Madison Nystrom, Hunter Nystrom and Eason Nystrom; and his great grandchild Serena Taylor.
