He is survived by: his wife Sherri Newman of Livingston, Texas; his sons, Charles Newman, Jr. (Misty Schuetze) of Livingston, Johnny Newman of Livingston, Kevin Newman (Laura) of Ohio, Darrell Newman of Livingston, Mitchell Newman of Livingston and Michael "Dink" Garefalos of Livingston, Texas; his stepchildren, Rabecca Threadgill of Lebanon, Richard Brubaker (Chelsey) of Livingston, Chad Brubaker of Livingston and Travis Brubaker of Livingston, Texas; and his siblings, Patricia Newman of Groves, Texas and David Newman of San Antonio, Texas. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
