He is survived by: his children, Billy, Jeffery, Tracy, Robin (Crystal) and Mary Barnett; and his grandchildren, Ryan Lowe, David Barnett, Katie Lowe, Rachel (Josh Holden), Heather (Tommy Hunt) and Samantha Lowe. He is also survived by his family & friends.
