She was predeceased by: her husband Wilburn Cook; and her brothers, Donnie Galloway and Glen Galloway. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Schulz of Los Angeles, Texas and Kayla Duerer (Cordell) of Huntsville, Texas; her grandchildren, Walker Schulz (Anne), Joel Schulz and Courtney Hilliard (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Lillian Grace Schulz, Stephen Schulz, Rayney Schulz and Haisley Mae Hilliard. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
