He is survived by: his father Bobby Wayne Phillips, Sr.; his fiancée Denise Salisbury; his sons, Shane Hawkins and Jandy; his daughter-in-law Stephanie Phillips; his daughter Mandy Phillips; his son-in-law Taylor Laxson; his grandchildren, Tristan Morin, Jadyn Phillips, Kaiden Laxson, Brianna Williams, Rodney Chantail and Amie Connor; and his siblings, Kathy (Bo Taylor), Angela (Victor Almendarez), Vanessa Richardson, Penni Nesmith, Jimmy (Jo Phillips), Steven (Shelly Phillips) and Michael (Adria Phillips). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
