He is survived by: his children, Janetta Rodriguez (Gabriel) of Kingwood, Billy Hill Jr. of Livingston and John Kyle Hill of Livingston; his grandchildren, Kendall Meza, Janell Doiron, Jilla Clemons, Gabriel Rodriguez Jr., Carrie Hill and Joann Dillon; his great grandchildren, Tanner Rodriguez, Abigail Meza, Dylan Clemons, Jenna Clemons, Jolee Dillon, Patrick Dillon, Jacob Dillon, Emma Dillon, Chyanne Sandel and Cordelia Grace Hill; his great great grandchild Aiden Sandel; and his siblings, Aubrey Hill (D'Ann) of Silsbee, Mona Rae Marsh of Livingston and Velma Gibson (Earl) of Livingston. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
