He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Huggins and Wachweese Hendricks (Baker); and his stepfather Paul Hendricks. He is survived by: his wife Anna Huggins; his children, Debra Huggins, Christopher Edward Huggins, Lisa Lyn Garcia and Zavalla Lynn Huggins; and his grandchildren, Justin William Garcia, Kristina Lynn Garcia, William DeSoto Holscher and Kendall Keirsey Holscher.
