He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carey Stephens, Sr. and Claire Stephens (Summer); and his sisters, Margaret Stephens and Martha Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Carol Stephens (Buller) of Livingston, Texas; his sisters-in-law, John, Debbie Stephens of Gatesville, Tom and Kathy Stephens of Homer Glen, Illinois; his sister Mary Olle; his brother-in-law Doug Olle of Nacogdoches, Texas; his niece Claire; and his nephew Spencer. He is also survived by other relatives and a host of friends.
