She was predeceased by: her parent Jerry W. Swackhamer, Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Gladys Swackhamer (Allen); her daughter Linda Lynn Brooks; and her siblings, Rita Swackhamer, Jerry Swackhamer, Kevin Swackhamer, John Fernandez and Jesse Fernandez. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
