He was predeceased by: his parents, John Clifton Lowrey and Eveline Lowrey (Graham); his wife Bettye Lowrey; and his daughters, Theresa Edwards and Carolyn Ann Bunytn.
He is survived by: his sons, Gary Lowrey of Livingston, Texas and Phillip; his daughter-in-law Joyce Wilson of Monroe, Louisiana; his son William; his daughter-in-law Paula Rinehart of Livingston, Texas; his daughter Trina; and his son-in-law Jimmy Zapalac of Pasadena, Texas. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 5 brothers and sisters; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
