He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Lanier Phillips and Elton Lillie Phillips (Thornton); his daughter Kelly Richard; and his brother Frankie Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Billie Phillips of Livingston, Texas; his son Kyle; his daughter-in-law Heather Phillips of Livingston, Texas; his grandchildren, Ryan Stanley of Cypress, Texas, Kirstie Stanley of Crosby, Texas, Jeffrey Phillips of Las Angeles, California and Austin Phillips of Katy, Texas; his stepgrandchildren, Ashlynn Watts of Conroe, Texas and Connor Gebman of Tomball, Texas; his great grandchildren, Wyatt Stanley, Jaxon Phillips and Jewel Guzman; and his sister Kaye Reichle of Beach City, Texas. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
