He is survived by: his children, Phoebe Michelle-Kay Johnson, Raiden Arden Johnson and Dustin Mitchell Johnson; his mother Linda Kay Smith; his grandmother Dorothy Kalina; and his siblings, Melissa Baker (Eddie Baker), Jeremy Turrubiartes (Ana Turrubiartes) and Clint L. Johnson.
