He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert John Peters Sr. and Maggie Mae Peters (Kelly); his wife Joyce Peters; and his children, Albert John Peters III and Patricia Moore.
He is survived by: his daughter Denise Polston (Pat) of Livingston, Texas. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
