She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Sullivan and Laura Sullivan; her husband Doe; and her siblings, Tonie Hendrick, Sue Hukill and Max Allen.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Naomi Gilbert; her children, Shirley Conyers of Combine, TX, Brenda Hawthorne (Richard) of Alto, NM and Danny Leonard (Martha) of Lubbock, TX.; her grandchildren, Brad McCary, Jacqueline Lusk (Conyers), Dustin Leonard and Clayton Swan; and her great grandchildren, Jared, Katy, Kyle McCary, Ariel Lusk, Derrick, Kyler, Micaiah, Jeremiah Leonard, Cooper and Elin Swan.
Because of the special place that the Littlefield EMS had in Ruth's heart, the family has requested donations to the Littlefield EMS, 311 E. 8th Street, Littlefield 79339, in lieu of flowers.
