He was predeceased by: his parents, T. R. Jacobs and Allene Jacobs (Lamb). He is survived by: his wife Ginger Lea Jacobs of Quanah; his children, Jason Scott Jacobs (Kimberly) and Stacie Lee Butcher (William); his grandchildren, Amber (Roderick), Jasmine (James), Scott (Letisha), Dunya, Mike and Hali; and his sister Marjorie Jacobs Wilkerson (Beefy) of Abilene. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or the Veterans Administration.
