She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Cummings and Lois Cummings (Landrum); the father of her children Cullen Hay; her husband Wilburn Dennis; and her daughter Sharon Sager.
She is survived by: her former spouse Cullen Hay; her children, Stephen Hay of Sanger and Jana Yablon (Steve) of Santa Fe, NM; and her stepsons, Gary Dennis (Beth) of Lubbock and Dwyane Dennis (Marcia) of Shawnee, OK. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
