He was predeceased by: his parent Ura Lee Webb (Figueira); his stepmother Shirley Webb; and his sister Judy Cronin. He is survived by: his wife Hilda Webb of Douglas; his father Charles M. Webb of Douglas; his children, Nolan Webb (Stephanie) of Casper, Lane Webb of Douglas and Arianna Burrough (Jeremy) of Douglas; his siblings, Gary K. Soleman of Casper, Pat L. Soleman (Debbie) of Artesia, New, Mexico, Mary K. Spence (Bruce) of Roswell, Margaret Jones (Bradd) of Douglas, Diana Emery (Bert) of Douglas, Jeanie Hornbuckle (Quay) of Douglas, Rhonda Dilts of Douglas and Rory Hill of Rapid City; and his grandchildren, Gabby Malone, Bradley Webb, Yzabella Mora, Gracie Malone, Ryder Webb and Jeremiah Avila.
