He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Foster and Pearl Foster; his sons, Randy Foster and Dewayne Taylor; and his granddaughter Kayla Foster.

He is survived by: his wife Ruby Foster; his children, Stacy Foster, Rhonda Fedor and Ronnie Foster; his grandchildren, Tarah Deck (Aubrey), Brad Ailor, Kristi, Brittany, Cody Foster and Chance Taylor; and his godchildren, Aaliyha Morgan and Brayden Murray. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
