He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Martin and Zena Martin; his siblings, Glen Martin Jr. and Loretta O'Banion; and his half-brother Robert Martin of Illinois.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Martin of Little; his brother Leroy (Donna Martin) of Danville, IL.; his children, David Martin (Gretchen) of Huntley, IL., Thomas Martin (Deborah) of Holland and Jill Shortridge (Chris) of Temple; and his grandchildren, Hannah Shortridge, Ethan Shortridge, Hayden Martin, Huston Martin, Ben Martin and Sam Martin.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and to Taylors Valley Baptist Church building fund.
