He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Lewis and Pam Kelly. He is survived by : his wife Nancianne Kelly; his son Scott Kelly, Jr. (Sabryna); his siblings, Kory Kelly, Betsy Lewis and Sara Schmidt (Kent); and his grandson Gunner.

A celebration of life was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Little River's Freedom Road Fellowship (1406 W Church St, Little River-Academy, TX 76554).
