He is survived by: his wife Lonell "Lucky" Wormington; his daughter Susan; his son-in-law Stacy Starrett of DeKalb; his stepdaughter Stephani; his son-in-law Jeff Allred of Branson; his stepson Donny Hancock of Texarkana, Texas; his grandchildren, Taylor Burchett, Tyler Pickle, Austin, Zachary, Hayden Wormington, Garret and Gavin Allred; his great grandchildren, Trace and Tatum Burchett; his brother George; his sister-in-law Mary Wormington; his sister Sandy; and his brother-in-law Kie Reed. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
