It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Kay Bell of Little River-Academy, Texas, who passed away on November 15, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Gloria Kay may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Johnson and Linda Johnson (Roth). She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Bell of Little River; her children, Brian Bell (Shanna) of Wagoner, Oklahoma and Lori Johnson (Brandon) of Winchester, Kentucky; her siblings, Steven Johnson (Joslon) of Nocona, Texas and Doria Counts (James) of Graham, Texas; and her grandchildren, Hailey Bell and Hayden Bell. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Saint Peter Lutheran Church (100 W Houston St, Bowie, TX 76230). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
