With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Edward Schlebach of Little Elm, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 20, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Schlebach and Gertrude Schlebach; and his siblings, Mary Nell Werry and Joe Schlebach. He is survived by: his wife Dottie; his children, Jim Jr., Skip Unsworth, Karl Unsworth, Mary Beth Salyer, Susan Schaefer and Debra Sartorius; his grandchildren, Chris Unsworth, Ken Salyer (Elisha), Kaitlyn Schaefer, Misha Ford (Ryan), Preston Unsworth, Adam Unsworth, Luke Unsworth and Rachel Unsworth; and his pets, Sassy and Zoey.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests a donations to Wreaths across America, a non-profit organization that remembers those who have served and fallen, by placing wreaths on their gravesites.
