He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson and Bessie Lee Carter. He is survived by: his spouse Pamila Seay; his sons, Raun Carter (Jessica) of Pilot Point, TX and Nathan Carter (Jennifer) of Anna, TX.; and his pets, Piggy and Trixie. He is also survived by grandchildren, sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, numerous nieces and nephews.
