He was predeceased by: his parents, Smith McCall and Cleotha McCall; and his brothers, Isaac McCall and Richard McCall Sr. Carl. He is survived by: his wife Delores Skinner-Smith; his children, Frances Avalos (Jose), Morris Turner (Jennifer) and Gary D. Turner; his niece Andraysia Castillo (Rubin) of Annawan, IL; and his nephew Richard McCall of Rock Island, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
