Randall Owen Cline Obituary

Randall Owen Cline, 69, passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2017. No services are planned at this time. Randall was born on December 8, 1947 in San Francisco, California to Owen and Julia Cline. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He was the Chief Medical Administrator for Veterans Affairs for thirty years.

Randall enjoyed spending time outdoors, camping and fly fishing. He was also an avid golfer. Randall was a Harley-Davidson enthusiast. He loved visiting Hawaii and went there more than 12 times. Randall was very close to his parents, with a special relationship with his father. He was preceded in death by his parents. Randall is survived by his sons: Garrett Riley Owen Cline Quinn, R. Todd Cline and wife Tonya Sue, and Garrett Cline, daughters: Marjorie Anne McKenzie and husband Brady, and Tiffany Cline, grandchildren: Colton Bailey Cline and wife Anna, Kenzie Cline and wife Brittany, River Scott McKenzie, Chance Riley McKenzie, Aidan Parker Cline, Gunnar Presley Cline, Michael John Wolinski and Anthony Patrick Seaber, great grandchildren: Ava Sophie and Jason Dean and countless extended friends from his time in the service and from his travels.
